Why Francis loves working for Misco Products Corporation:
Francis started her career at Misco as an intern during her senior year in college. Her internship allowed her to find her passion in human resources. She still feels even after 5 years of being employed at Misco that everyday is different but provides her with new opportunities to learn.
Misco has helped to develop Francis from the ground up. The Human Resources Director has taken time to personally train her from intern to specialist! Francis is provided the opportunity through Misco to participate in the local Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) chapter and attend various human resource conferences and trainings. This support from Misco and her Director allows Francis to stay up-to-date on the many legal changes that impact human resources professionals.
Francis feels Misco’s leadership is rare in that they go out of their way to get to know their employees. “Misco has a phenomenal family culture and truly cares about its employees. I’ve developed personal friendships with many of my coworkers at all levels of the company,” Francis said.
