U.S. News ranked PA cities, Reading landed in top seven

The U.S. News & World Report recently ranked some of the best cities in Pennsylvania to live in, and Reading ranked in their top seven. Reading ranks No. 6 in Pennsylvania in Best Places to Live, and No. 10 in Best Places to Retire.
