Gabino Carmona Juarez, owner of the Rio Cafe, recently moved to Reading, PA from New York to start his third restaurant. Rio Cafe, located at N. Sixth Street, offers a revamped Mexican menu with some Latin cuisine flare.
“I’m just falling in love with the entire city,” said Juarez. “The difference between New York and Reading is that people are just extremely nice anywhere you go.”
