Longtime baker opens a dream bakery and cafe in Kutztown

The Cottage Bakery & Cafe is a dream come true for owner, Dawn Medina, who has been in restaurant management for over 40 years. The bakery & cafe is located at 235 W. Main St. in Kutztown and is offering cupcakes, doughnuts, cinnamon rolls and other baked goods alongside savory items such as soups, salads and sandwiches.
