From Food to Fireworks: Community Days Returns to Governor Mifflin

Summer’s biggest celebration returns as the 49th Annual Greater Governor Mifflin League (GGML) Community Days festival kicks off June 27 through July 5 at the Governor Mifflin Intermediate School campus. This nine-day, family-friendly event features live entertainment, mouthwatering food, thrilling rides and a dynamic lineup of musical performances, all wrapping up with Berks County’s largest fireworks display on the final night. Admission is free, and every purchase made during the festival helps fund local fire departments, schools, and community initiatives. Now in its 49th year, the GGML has donated more than $500,000 back to the Governor Mifflin community, continuing a proud tradition of celebration and service.
