Folino Estate Winery

Folino Estate is a winery, vineyard, restaurant and event venue. We planted our first set of vines in 2014 and opened our doors in November 2015. We strive to bring a piece of Italy to our area with a mission to be the place our guests can make memories to last a lifetime.

Marco and I were born and raised in Greater Reading. Marco’s parents immigrated here from Italy in the late 1970s. Marco’s father, Rodolfo, had a dream to make a business in the United States and was very successful. It feels special to have continued his American dream in Greater Reading, and we hope to continue the legacy with our three boys.

Thanks to the welcoming community and the help of some amazing staff, we’ve expanded to opening tasting room locations at Vintner’s Table in Phoenixville, and we’re opening another this fall in Wyomissing. Additionally, we acquired a bed and breakfast on Main Street in Kutztown, now known as Vintner’s Inn. Currently, we are in the engineering and fundraising stage for a resort on the Folino Estate property, which will feature 40 rooms and a spa. We’ve also seen exciting growth with our wine. You’ll find many of our wines in restaurants around Greater Reading, in grocery locations like Giant and Weis and at the Reading Fightin Phils.

Being such a close-knit community, you get so much support when families start a business. We have many great resources, like the Greater Reading Chamber Alliance as well as the SBA who we were fortunate to be able to work with when we opened and continue to work with to help our growth.

Our area is always looking for local family businesses to support, and we have plenty of room for diversity. We have many great main streets within the towns of the Greater Reading area just waiting to welcome you. You just need the dream and the determination to succeed!
