East Penn Manufacturing Co., headquartered in Greater Reading, Pa., is pleased to announce that the company ranks as one of America’s Best Large Employers for 2025 by Forbes and Statista. This marks the fourth time the company has been named to the list.
Forbes and Statista determined the list by using an independent survey from a vast sample of over 217,000 U.S. employees working for companies employing at least 1,000 people within the U.S. The final score is based on two types of evaluations: personal (those given by employees themselves) and public (those given by friends and family members of employees, or members of the public who work in the same industry), with a much higher weighting for personal evaluations.
East Penn was awarded along with 701 other large American companies with more than 5,000 employees.
